Experience Point Reyes
Point Reyes National Seashore, a little over an hour from San Francisco, is one of the nation’s most magnificent national parks. Hike many miles of trails, swim, canoe or kayak the unspoilt shores of Tamales Bay, go horse-back riding, mountain biking, and birding in one of the world’s great natural places.
While the village of Point Reyes Station is the hub of a large tourist region, it is still very much a living agricultural town, the center of one of California’s oldest dairy industries and well-known for its importance in the development of the US organic farming movement. For this reason, Prince Charles made a special point of making a pilgrimage here during his visit in 2005 when he did a walkabout at our renown Farmer’s Market.
